It was within 15 min drive from the airport.

I had a really nice stay here and would have stayed for longer. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern, clean and exceeded all expectations. The location was favourable, adjacent to the Pearl DART station, convenient to go everywhere. And it was also not far from McKinney avenue and Deep ellum lots of great places for cocktails and people watching as well as the art district. The service was outstanding, the food was great. Could use their free parking.

The rooms are upgraded and spotless, the bar is executive. It has both incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff.

I did not want to leave, had a wonderful experience and would like to stay longer. It was fairly clean, breakfast was great. The service was friendly, that made the hotel incredibly beautiful place. Also, location was marvellous, at a short distance from The Dallas World Aquarium. And I was near eateries and bars. The casual restaurant was great and their staff was pleasant and very pleasant.

Guests have the convenience of parking at a nearby Sheraton for a cheaper rate. The rooms are spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The friendly and helpful staff are always available to assist with any needs. Additionally, the secure elevator system adds an extra layer of safety.

The hotel does not have a pool, which may be disappointing for those looking to relax or entertain children during their stay.

Great location, close to museums and historical district. Key-required elevators for added safety. Good amenities including food court and Starbucks. Comfortable and clean rooms with prompt room service. Friendly and polite valet workers.

The hotel was luxurious with caring staff and an absolutely perfect location close to pretty much everything.

The staff are excellent and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with very nice amenities and a comfortable bed, as for instance was not a problem.

The hotel is conveniently located near the art district and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions in downtown. The train station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and modern, with plenty of outlets and USB ports for electronics. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The lobby area is large and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant area has ample seating, and there are several stores and restaurants attached to the hotel.

There were some issues with the check-in process, where the room was not ready on time and there were delays in getting the correct room type.

It's a modern good business hotel with exceptionally attentive staff members. The venue offers lots of food that was great. Also, the location is favourable, minutes from an art museum.
